I had never really been on a diet before as most of them made no sense to me; I did not want to take pills, shakes, bars or pre-packaged foods with unidentified origins and chemical additives. My approach was exercise. As I became older and entered into Menopause I developed a middle-aged spread. Exercise was not working anymore.

A friend told me about Dr Cohen's Weight Loss Program. It was about me taking control, eating normal foods and it worked!
