My weight loss - 25 kilos to date - has been the most incredible thing that has ever happened to me. Just looking at people's faces when they see me and watching their jaws literally drop - PRICELESS!!!
My new look has given me so much confidence and such a great feeling - I can't stop smiling. My family is very proud of me, and so many friends would like to know more about how I did it. Well, I'll make sure I tell them everything about your diet.
I still have a bit more to lose, but I am very positive I can do it now!
