I have been on the programme now for 9 weeks and have lost 20 kgs. I have stuck to it religiously and, once I got into the routine of the diet, I have found it to be so easy and the weight is just falling off! I cannot tell you how fantastic I feel, both physically and mentally. It is like I am a completely different person and I have had friends or associates stop me in the street or telephone me and tell me how good I look! I cannot recommend this programme enough. It promotes healthy eating and rapid weight loss. My skin is glowing and I am glowing!! I am a tall person but I had peaked at 95 kilos, the heaviest I had ever been. I love my food and I especially love my wine but once I got into the diet, I was on such a high with the weight loss that I didn't miss the wine!
