I am now four weeks into my program and I have lost 13 kg. Everyone is noticing the difference! I have 17 kg left but I know it will happen in no time. 30 kg seemed like a lot to loose, but now 17 seems so easy! I have tried everything and nothing worked until i started Cohen's. I feel healthier and I can now socialise without worrying about my fat taking over my life. I have gone from a size 44 to a size 38, its phenomenal!!
