Hey there, I have been on this food plan for 1 week and already I am feeling good. The meals are easy and satisfying. I weigh 137 kilograms and have a goal weight of 68 to 71 kilograms. So I have a wee way to go. Lost 12 centimetres in the first week and are constantly reaffirming to myself that I can do this. I class myself as an emotional eater and have to really focus when I am feeling low. I WILL GET THERE, I AM GOING TO BEAT THIS AND CHANGE MY LIFE FOR THE BETTER.
