The program is absolutely fantastic. Like most people I had trouble losing weight and keeping it off. I stuck to the program 100%. I completed the program on the 8th December 2006 and I am very pleased to say that I have not gained any weight since!! I lost a total of 25 kilograms and 36 inches.
