3 weeks ago I weighed 77.8 kilograms. Today I weigh 71.4 kilograms and a loss of 20 centimetres all over. I am so pleased with the results so far. It is the lightest I have been for many years!! Have tried all the other well known diets with little success. Have stuck to this 100%, found the first few days a little difficult but now it is a breeze. I am actually craving the required 3ltr of water a day!! Another 10 kilograms and I start my Refeeding, can not wait.
