9 weeks into the program and a loss of 20 kilos and 69.5 centimeters. This has to be the best thing ANYONE who has to lose weight could do for themselves.Not only do I feel healthier but I have so much more energy and LOVE getting all the compliments from family and friends.Still have a long way to go yet but I know the journey will be worthwhile when I reach my goal weight.
