Hi everyone,
Original my sister wanted to join the programme to lose weight so I suggested that we should join it together for support, and to shed a few kg's!! It was the first time I had ever tried to loose weight and thats exactly what happened, I have finished my programme now and to date I have lost 13kgs (in 5 weeks) and the weight is staying off! I feel the best that I have felt in many many years, and look years younger!! Thanks Dr cohen and to the girls at the clinic you have been wonderful!!
