When I first went to the clinic I was shocked at the weight I had to loose. I was worried it was too much. Well the funny thing is I have lost it and feel great (look great too so my husband says) My husband says I am like a twistie packet that he used to shrink in the oven when he was a kid, as I have shrunk all over. I no longer have huge "rugby player shoulders". Thank you
