G'day!
My Name is Marcus, I'm 30 and I've been overweight pretty much my whole life. You know, 5st at 5yo, 10st at 10yo, 23st at 18yo...
At 30 I hit an all time high (low) of 160kg, it was time for a change!
After just 8 weeks, I had lost a whopping 30kg!!! Which astounded both Cheryl and myself.
So fast, so easy!! I mean, its not brain surgery, its just doing the simple things right!!
And believe me, if I can do it, anybody can!!!
Now some of you might be thinkin, is he serious? Well, for the 1st time ever, yes I am!!!
Words can not begin to describe how easy and effective this program is. I wish I'd found this years ago!
