When I got "my treatment", my personalized eating programme, I thought "there's no way I can do this. I'm going to starve." Admittedly, the Cohen's Diet is the strictest diet I've ever seen or attempted to do, but it has been the easiest thing I've ever attempted. In three months, I've lost 20 kilos and now, having lost 28, have only 6 more to go. It felt SOOO good trying on a pair of size 10 pants, and asking the sales lady if they were available in a size 8!
